Payout to investor will be as follows:

1st payment (After 18 months) 42,000
2nd payment (Next 12 months) 42,000
3rd payment (Next 12 months) 42,000
4th payment (Next 12 months) 42,000
5th payment (Next 12 months) 42,000
End 1st tenure. Client decides whether or not to renew investment (No deductions)
Total 210,000

If client decides to terminate after the period, we will pay as follows:

Termination payment
210,000 +95,372 (invested amount less 5% admin charges) = N305,372.

Investment growth = 305,372 ÷ 100,372 × 100 = 304%

Average annual ROI = 305,372 ÷ 5 = 61,074

Average %age annual ROI = 61,074 ÷ 100,372 × 100 = 60.85%

approx.= 61% annual returns

NOTE

  • Here client cannot own one-sixth of a farmland as this may not be reasonable. However, client can own half a plot if he subscribes to at least 3 units.

If client invests in less than 3 units, no documentation fee will be charged as this option will only be regarded as a longer term investment.

Notwithstanding, this offer affords the investor some flexibility to plan their investment as it permits client to expand his investment annually or at will such that over time he/she could grow from 1 unit to ownership of 1 plot.
